Steve Climons | Founder, President and Creative Director

Steve is a Bay Area native who graduated from the California College of the Arts in Oakland and worked on Madison Avenue in New York. His BFA in illustration and graphic design supports his sensitivities for a client's appeal. His major brand experience from over a decade with New York ad agencies on and around Madison Avenue supports his understanding of a client's potential. For the last four years at Crossover, Steve has recognized his sensitivities and understanding by developing internationally award-winning campaigns for marketing effectiveness. Still appreciating his sensitive side he's always relentless in his pursuit for recognizing the "new" and the "classic" in the marketplace. The "new" today is both progressive and digital, providing unbelievable opportunities. The "classic" is the substance behind what is timeless and ultimately matters to us in our appreciation of things. Both of these give credence to brand work.

Sharyn O'Keefe | Director of Business Development

Sharyn was born and raised in the SF Bay Area. She began her career in sales and customer support as the legal account representative for Exxon Office Systems. She furthered her legal experience by becoming the in-house office automation specialist at one of the largest law firms in San Francisco. Looking to become more in touch with her creative side, while utilizing her skills understanding people's needs and concerns, she decided to join Crossover Creative Group as the Director of Business Development. Sharyn is also a professionally trained interior redesign and home staging specialist and enjoys decorating and rearranging people's spaces. In addition she has worked as an event planner at UC Berkeley and loves to throw a good party!
